Rahul, Rocky, Amay, Priya, Antara, Zoha were best of the friends in Pune University... It's been three years since they passed out and parted their ways...they all were completely out of touch, being busy in their respective careers...Now Rocky is getting married in Goa with his two year old girlfriend Marianne who is from Croatia...this is the time of reunion...old friends reunite to join Rocky on his wedding in Goa...but things are not the same with Rahul, Priya and Zoha...their personalities have changed, their ideologies have changed, their commitments and goals have changed while Amay and Antara are just the same ...as they set off on this trip, things start coming out in the form of conversations and activities...they all witness Marianne backing away from the commitment of marriage leaving Rocky bereft but she finally comes back after realizing that falling in love with Rocky was the best thing to happen to her.

Plot : Working as a guide and bus driver in Jaisalmer, Arjun (Nakul Kapoor) had always dreamed of being a famous singer. When he meets beautiful tourist Naina Dixit (Aarti Chhabria), he impresses her with his singing. She encourages him to come to Bombay to try his luck there and leaves her address with him. Shortly thereafter, Arjun bids farewell to his brother, his Bhabi, and nephew and goes to Bombay. Upon arrival he meets Naina's friend, Monto (Raghuvir Yadav), who takes him to several places to try his luck. No one bothers to listen to him, leave alone hear him sing.
He lives with Naina, her sisters, Anu and Tuktuk, and their college professor mom (Rati Agnihotri), who empathize with him. Then Naina hits upon an idea to have an open song-and-dance show in a public park. The show goes well, and a wealthy young woman, Bobby Gujral (Kim Sharma), notices Arjun and invites him to sing for a firm run by her dad's partner, Sunil Mahadevan. When Sunil refuses to get involved, Bobby talks to her dad and opens her own recording company featuring Arjun as the main artist.
Arjun becomes famous overnight but has not forgotten Naina and her family. This does not augur well with Bobby, who is very possessive and wants Arjun all to herself. She makes up her mind that she will never permit anyone to come close to Arjun — she has a gun and knows how to use it. But soon she realizes that she can't get him as he belongs to Naina and loves her only. Unable to cope with the pressure of losing her love, Bobby tries to commit suicide by throwing herself from the hill with her car. After some time, Arjun is shown receiving the award for best singer and thanking Bobby. Then it is shown that Bobby now in a mentally sick condition is watching Arjun Live.

Rebellious and uninhabited Reshma lives an impoverished lifestyle with her mother, Ratnamma, in 1980s South India. She is an ardent fan of film actor, Suryakant, and her one ambition in life is to meet and act with him. She runs away to Madras, and like, hundreds of young women, lines up outside Jupiter Studios to try and get noticed. With her plain, next-door-girl looks, she gets ignored but as fate could have it she is given a chance to play a minor role after she manages to sneak into the studios. The role exploits her as a sex symbol, driving males to the cinema houses to absorb her movements and beauty. Virtually overnight she, now renamed Silk, becomes a sensation, and together with the aging superstar, Suryakant, the one she had always fantasized about, she sizzles the silver screen with her sex appeal. Suryakant's brother, Ramakant, an author, is smitten by her - so much so that he would like her to opt out of movies altogether...
