Synopsis - An “out of this world” fantasy about an NRI who returns home to discover that his village has dropped off the map of India. To put it back on the world’s radar he must now forge an unlikely alliance of crazy villagers & aliens that will turn him and his village into the biggest “tamasha” the universe has ever seen!Agastya (Akshay Kumar) a hardworking scientist from Paglapur, India lives in U.S. with his girlfriend Diva(Sonakshi), is working on a machine which can be used to connect with the aliens. One day he get a call from his home that his father is not keeping well and is in last stage. He decide to visit his father and Diva accompanies him.Paglapur, filled with mentally ill poeple does not even exists in the map of world and hence is facing many problems like no electricity and water. Agastya decides to help his native.He spread rumors of existence of aliens and their visit to Paglapur. Paglapur gets media attention and get all the basic needs. But he get caught of this fraud and thus the police comes to arrest him.Meanwhile the original aliens shows up and he is released from police custody.
